Loved the salad as much as the flank steak.
Wrapped the whole thing up in flour tortillas-excellent!

The marinade worked wonderfully to keep the meat moist and tender. I would not change a thing in the recipe. With our leftovers, we made steak sandwiches with roasted peppers the next day. Great recipe! Thanks, Danny!

The butcher was out of flank stake so I substituted tri-tip instead. Used about a 2 lb. tri-tip steak that was 2" thick. Marinated it for 40 minutes and grilled it to a 130 degree internal temp. It came out beautiful. This recipe is amazing, especially for how easy it is.

I tried this recipe and it is by far the best marinated flank steak I have ever made! It received rave reviews from family and friends!
