The breast is so moist and flavorful. Works great also for leftovers as turkey sandwitches with mayo, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes! Yumm! Thanx Emeril!

This is one of the best reipes that I have tired for turkies. It came out very moist and full of flavor. I did change a few things to alter it to our tast buds. I omitted the sage and rosemary. In its place I used cayenne pepper and a dash of paprika. I also added a little lemon juice to the bottom of the pan. While the turkey was cooking I added a little chicken broth (twice. We will be keeping this recipe to use again.

My 5 lb. turkey breast was sooooo moist and flavorful...and it was VERY EASY to make. I followed the recipe to a "T". Only 'fresh' herbs were used. This, I believe, was The Key to its' success. You'll be so proud of yourself after you make this number!! WHAT A KEEPER !!! :

I tried this recipe last year for thanksgiving. It was by far the best I've ever had very moist. There was nothing left after dinner so I would have to say everyone else agreed. I will be making it again this year, this time with a whole turkey.

Very moist. I cook a little longer but it still comes out super moist and flavorful. Next time I will add a few more herbs...they were wonderful!

My husband and I both really enjoyed this receipe. I did have to cook it about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes longer than it called for.

I used this recipe on a regular full turkey. This was very easy to make (my first turkey to make too and the turkey came out fantastic. The hardest part was of course the length it took for the turkey to cook up!

We do this year-round, every time turkey breasts go on sale.
Use low sodium bacon to reduce the saltiness.
