This is perfect for outdoor parties or picnics where mayo-based slaws might spoil in the sun. And it's especially good with southwestern BBQ, like Santa Maria steak.

This one will is one of those love or hate it type dishes. People who are used to a mayo based slaw may look at you funny but you will get points for something different.
At the end of the day, I received many compliments and the bowl was empty.
