I used this idea to make some finger foods for a pool party. Guest raved about the combination of the beautiful presentation and flavorful taste. Above average!

I make these every weekend for the beach. Everyone loves them and I have passed on the recipe/concept countless times. Try changing the meats to your favorites... Just don't leave out the arugula. It really makes the sandwich. ENJOY! Thanks Rachel. You make our beach picnic every weekend.
