These are great! My family loved them even those that aren't crazy about pineapple. You can use Grands!!! I just used a larger muffin pan and doubled the filling. I baked them using the guidelines for the biscuit and they were perfect!!

These were edible, but nothing to rave about. They weren't bad either. They were super quick and easy to put together but probably won't make again unless in a time crunch.

I made these for an "island" themed party and let me tell you, they were great! They are so simple, so fast, so easy, and so good. I did not happen to have any cherries around, so I omitted those, but I don't really like cherries anyway. I baked them for 10 minutes, and they came out perfectly. These are my new go-to dessert. Thanks Paula!

I love to cook and my kids love to cook. This is perfect for kids 5 and up. Also delicious, we make it all the time...or should I say THEY make it all the time. Thanks Paula! I bet Jack is ready for this one.

Love, love, love this recipe. I would suggest making sure to stretch your biscuits a little before putting them on the topping so they fill the cups pretty well.

I had high hopes, but this was a total waste of time. It was easy to do and it tasted fine but the normal cake is a thosand time better.

I had some refrigerated biscuits that were about to expire and half a can of crushed pineapple that I needed to use. I decided to give this recipe a try since I would just be throwing out the ingredients anyway. I had read previous reviews about the biscuits not being done next to the pineapple, so I flipped mine out with a tea towel. When mine needed cooked a little more, I just replaced the muffin tin and re-flipped using the tea towel. A couple minutes later, they were perfect!!

I took this to a breakfast gathering and everyone loved it! Make sure you use the smaller biscuits.
