I couldn't find Halibut so I used Pollack and it was very good. It was a nice change from the other entire lent thing that I fixed in the past. My three old son ate at least three pieces and the fries were very good. I will make again this Friday for dinner.

My 4 kids ate them up! I tripled the recipe and they were gone. The kids loved the flavor.

My kids hated this recipe, which is too bad, because I'd like to give them a healthy alternative to frozen fish stix. I think you would have to change the recipe substantially to get kids to like them, and I am just not up for that.

Sorry, but these just don't favorably compare to frozen. And frozen's cheaper.
