Garlic, EVOO and cilantro are staples in my kitchen, but I never thought to combine them with green beans. I served this for Easter along with a ham, and everyone liked it. Obrigada Sara!

My wife made this for several parties, altering it slightly to serve it hot rather than cold. She also used only lemon juice instead of adding vinegar.
The taste was fabulous and got rave reviews from everyone.
