Best waffle recipe!!! Super easy, light and crispy, and extremely delicious! However the amount it makes is only enough to serve 2-3 people not 4 (at least for my family.

These are the best waffles EVER!!! We have been making them for breakfast once a week for about a year now...

Wow, these definitely live up to their name. I fed them to two little girls for lunch and they devoured them. The waffles are crispy, light, fluffy, delicious. A keeper for sure.

Amazing!!!! I could eat these everyday, but then I would have to buy all new clothes.

I've been making these with an off-the-shelf GF flour - Better Batter. I did not have to change a thing even though the box says to add more liquid to non-GF recipes.

Buttermilk is the way to go. My batter came out really thick and the waffles were big, thick and delicious! YUM!!!

Update: I crunched the nutritional info today. Yikes! Glad that when I eat these, they count as both breakfast and lunch and that I eat them with fruit instead of syrup.

Note: My recipe uses with low-fat butter milk, unsweetened vanilla extract and Better Batter Gluten Free flour.

Well, just like other reviews...the batter was very thin. And it stuck to the waffle iron. (I did not use any spray on oil...and then I did for the next batch with zero ease on lifting! When I tried to lift it, it was like a crepe instead of a waffle and I thought the maker must be insane!!!! It tasted like sugar. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone!

Hands down the best waffles I've ever had! I made the recipe exactly as stated (I used buttermilk and the result was slightly crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, literally melt in your mouth waffles. I was surprised at how thin the batter was in comparison to my go to batter but that was put to rest when I saw the result. Go with this recipe, you will not be sorry!
