These chops were just "okay" for me. The expense of the nuts and the work involved just wasn't worth it. My daughter didn't like them at all and my husband said they weren't bad, but not all that great.

I loved this recipe. It was an easy yet sophisticated meal that got a great response from my husband. The secret is in the sauce. Don't cut corners and leave it out, it's what made this a true winner!

I made this recipe with thick boneless pork chops, and added some unsalted butter and chopped garlic to the pan before I sauteed them! The aroma in my kitchen was wonderful! I didn't make the "BBQ sauce" from this recipe, I just heated up some I already had and added hot pepper sauce. Really good!
