This is one of the best recipes Ive tried. On the show it was served cold but its even good hot. More than a salad, could easily be a main dish as is or with some chicken breast.

I made this recipe tonight for my bible study group. It was all gone! Everyone LOVED it and requested I bring it to the next meeting. The sauce is spicy and tangy, but very good. People could definitely taste the peanut butter, but the flavor was not overwhelming. I heard nothing but great things about this dish. I think next time I'm going to add chicken to give it a little more substance. I've taken many dishes to bible study night and this was the only one that was completely eaten with absolutely NO leftovers.

When I made this (with the Thai glazed chicken lettuce wraps from the same episode for my fiance, we both loved it! I used 9.5 oz. of soba noodles instead of spaghetti (that's how much came in a package, and it was healthier and faster! And I think with a little more pasta, the strong flavors of the sauce were spread out a bit. I also used Asian chili sauce instead of hot sauce and only used 1/2 Tbsp, which gave a nice kick but made it tolerable. I also skipped the sprouts, since I don't care for them. I will definitely make this again, especially now that I have all of the stock ingredients on hand!

If you do not like things too spicy hot put less then a Tbsp of hot sauce in, but otherwise it was good.

Despite what other people has commented, I still tried this recipe and I can only say one thing, "DELICIOSO!" It was not overpowering at all. It tasted so good. I added extra salad cuz I do love salad but in all, it was delicious and I cannot wait to make this dish and possibly a tray for a party/shower/dinner. It also taste great served cold.

This was great but a little too spicy for me. I think next time I will use 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. I added more veggies like snow peas and peppers. It was awesome.
