This recipe is great. The marinade made the meat nice and juicy. The cranberry glaze was a big hit at my dinner party. Thanks so much.

This was a wonderful change to the "same old" Thanksgiving turkey! Super easy to do, even for us beginners in the kitchen!

Very simple recipe. I enjoy turkey the most when it's brined and this was another great recipe for brining. Turkey comes out so moist there is no need for gravy. The glaze is fantastic and adds the layers of flavors. Best of all, you can eat the turkey for days, which can't be done with a roasted turkey.

We raved about it so much, I put one together for some friends so they could cook it up. They enjoyed just as much.

I tired this receipe this year for thanksgiving. This was the best turkey I ever had. (I used a whole turkey instead of just the breast. When I brine the turkey I added onions, garlic and nutmeg. I also did the brine 2 days ahead. The meat was juicy. This is a keeper. :-

This recipe was great. The turkey came out moist and with a lot of flavor. It was easy and I felt like I accomplished a great feat since it was so moist and delicious. My whole family enjoyed it and we can't wait for the leftovers.

This turkey recipe made for the best Thanksgiving dinner ever! It was very easy to prepare, looked beautiful, and carved up very nicely. The meat was very juicy and flavorful, the glaze adding a sweet touch! Admittedly, I had never made a turkey before this one, but no one at my table knew! They all praised my expertise and wonderful culinary skills. Thanks Emeril!
