This turkey brest is perfect for a small get together. I had 4 people total and this was perfect to make enough to have seconds and some left overs. Also the brining process locks in any liquids that even think about escaping during the cooking process so it is extremely flavorful and juicy. One of my guests hates white meat because of the dry texture but loved this turkey. The cranberry glaze is delicious as well. I added less salt to the brine because one of the other reviews said it was too salty. Anyway the most amazing turkey sandwich I have ever had as well. use the sage sausage apple stuffing and some of the cranberry glaze with a slice of turkey on 9 grain. DELISH!!!!

I brought this dish to our family Thanksgiving and was surprised when the ham lovers picked the bird clean. Now I will have to bring two next year! My only suggestion is that the foil should be used early in the cooking process. Both times I cooked this, I was fighting the spices blackening on top. Definitely a winner!

Everytime I try to cook a turkey it is nasty. Following this was easy and worked out to the last instruction. I just needed more time in the oven then stated (using a thermometer and it was perfect.

I have tried lots of turkey recipes for Thanksgiving, but this is my new favorite. The flavor of the brine is wonderful and the glaze has a great kick with the Grand Marnier. This bird is SOOOOOOO juicy and tender. When I went to take the internal temp, the juices shot out like a fountain. I made another batch of the cranberry compote (without straining to go along with the and my guests loved it. I strongly suggest than all Turkey-lovers try this recipe... You will not be disappointed!

My family raved and raved about this turkey. We all like white meat, so this was the way to go. Awesome juiciness and flavor, and the cranberry glaze was sensational! I know what I'm making next Thanksgiving!
