I altered the recipe slightly by adding sliced garlic, and using only one tablespoon of butter at the end, but it was amazingly simple, and soooo yummy. Even my very hard to please children loved it! I had leftovers for lunch, and it was even better than last night!

i made this after work and it was a snap to make. my husband thought i had slaved over the stove for hours... hardly! the chicken was so tender there was no need for a knife and the lemon gave it the slightest tart taste - perfect! i served this with paula dean's pea salad and bubba's rolls (both 'easy' recipes. what a hit this meal was - everyone wanted to know what the special occasion was!
