Super yummy and super easy do make. I didn't have any rosemary so I used oregano and it came out just as good. New family fav!!!

...and these potatoes were no exception. I used red potatoes. Crispy, flavorful and so simple to make. My guests (usually a subdued bunch went back for seconds and thirds! This recipe will go into my regular rotation.
