Made this lovely dish to go with my Rib Roast for Christmas dinner. It was quick, easy and the perfect compliment to the roasted meat. I followed the directions as given. The only addition was 2 cloves of chop garlic. The aroma coming from the kitchen, when it was baking, was heavenly!!! Thank you Tyler for such a great recipe.

I've tried doing potatoes in the oven like this before but have discovered through this recipe that I was never cooking them long enough. This is VERY GOOD!

I only made two small changes. The first being during the preparation stage where I tossed the potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowel and then I placed them in the pan. I also found that the potatoes tended to stick a lil, so I used a spatula to flip them around instead of the recommended "pan shaking" process. A great and easy side that gives your guests the impression of upscale dining.

These potatoes are the best thing EVER. I love them. I make my girlfriend make them for me at least once a week. Try it once and you will be hooked.
