Have brined turkey legs before, tasted like ham. If I want ham I'll get pork. This recipe brim
Ngs out the turkey flavor like none before. Have made it three times now and made the black sauce from Smoke and Spice to go with it. Even my seven year old daughter loved it. Also made pulled turkey leg with BBQ sauce sandwich with the meat. Great recipe. Cooked on Weber smokey mountain.

Tasty recipe! The mop mixture was a bit tart, but all in all my family enjoyed the turkey legs!
