My husband and I loved this recipe. The recipe itself was a great twist to the normal midweek salad. I did substitute artichoke hearts for the hearts of palms, due to what was in my pantry. Artichoke hearts are a great sub for hearts of plam, as they are similar taste and texture. The combination with avocado was great. This has a combination of some of my favorite veggies! We enjoyed this recipe with dinner last night and I will definitely be making it again thru out the summer. Thanks for a great recipe Mr. Flay.

This was my first time using hearts of palm, and the combination of the greens with the dressing worked well. The thousand island dressing is was too easy to make for how tasty it is.

This was delicious, why give a 2 star because of no pickles, pickles and avacado and hearts of palm turns my stomach,if that's your thing then add the pickles but no need to give the 2 stars.
