I want to try this recipe. It sounds easy and delicious. Has anyone doubled the recipe and if so how did it turn out? Seems one batch would not make very many.

I liked this recipe okay. When I made it, only me, my boyfriend, and a friend of ours tried it. They both raved over them, so maybe it just wasn't to my taste. She's already requested some more.

This is my favorite Christmas goodie. Without the Cheesecake Cookies...the Christmas Eve get together at my parents would seem like something was missing.

I made these for the first time 2 days ago. My generous husband took them to a high school basketball game and passed them around. He said they went like wildfire! They are delicious! Next time, no sharing!

Very easy to make...I used a combo of toasted hazlenuts and pecans for the crust and I cut them out into little bite sized pieces. Yummy! I would go a little easier on the topping and would like to cut them out into shapes next time...
