I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner and just happened to have the food channel on when this was demonstrated. I had all the ingredients so I made it, adding some chopped up left over prime rib meat and my husband raved about it all through dinner. I served it with a fruit salad! Sent the recipe to my sisters as well! Yummy!!

This looked great on the TV show and I was eager to make it because it looked easy too! I was not disappointed--it is a great recipe--tasted great the next day at work too!

This was really easy and very tasty! I used regular whipping cream instead of the heavy which has a little carbs. Also, added red pepper - very good! I will definitely make this again.

I enjoyed this recipe and it started a new love affair with Cauliflower. Now I don't have to feel jealous when my husband has homemade mac and cheese, because he'll be eating this cauliflower version with me. He loved it too! A great side for any dinner and nice as leftovers for lunch.

I thought this was a very good dish, but doesn't really taste like Mac & Cheese. Still a great low carb recipe!

I used sharp cheddar, and a little Gruyre left from Thanksgiving and some fresh parmesan. It was wonderful.

I made this dish with some turkey because I didn't have time to make the pork loin but it was so delicious not to mention easy to make. The dijon mustard did give a nice little kick to it as promised. My husband and I gobbled it up!
    P.S
I added just a little Monterey Jack, about an 1 1/2 ounces, in the mix as well as some extra extra sharp cheddar because I love cheese.
