Absolutely Delish !! I made a couple of changes though. The turkey cutlets and gravy , I made exactly by the recipe. The gravy was the best gravy ever !! But I did not make the stuffing salad. Instead I served the turkey with mashed potatoes, spooning the gravy over the turkey and the potatoes, and served the meal with biscuits !!! YUMM !

The only part of this recipe that I made was the raw stuffing salad and it was really delicious. I tried feverishly to find brioche or challah and could not find either, even from fresh bakeries! I finally settled for using a round Hawaiian loaf and it actually worked very nicely. Everything else was perfect, my husband and I ate leftovers for lunch and they were great. I was worried about the bread being soggy so I added a whole lot less apple cider, but it still had a great apple flavor. I'm making it again tomorrow and I will not butter the bread this time. It was kind of a waste since you couldn't really taste it, plain toasted bread cubes will be just fine. Highly recommend this stuffing!

This recipe is the best! I did not use tyme in the dressing as I forgot it but did put it in the gravy. I am not good at gravy so I just used a jarred gravy and added the tyme. My husband is a traditionalist when it comes to things and he LOVED this salad. He could not say enough good things about it. Definately try it.

Sooooo good. I made fresh challah bread in my bread machine and I made with chicken istead of turkey but followed the recipe other than that.

i can't believe I didn't take the time to rate this recipe last fall! It was TO DIE FOR!
Tomorrow is my Wedding Anniversary, and I was thinking "hmmm prime rib?"
NOT! I remembered this and will be making it again. So very fresh!

I made this meal, which was quick, simple and delicious!!! The panzanella-like salad was wonderful tasting with the thyme. I used some eggy dinner rolls instead of challah or brioche. You can, of course, use margarine instead of butter to cut down on the fat content on the bread and the gravy. For the gravy, I ran out of chicken stock and supplemeted it with a little leftover apple juice and it was out of this world gravy!!! It had a light appley flavor that complemented the whole meal. I will def be making this again!!

My 13 year old son made this tonight, and it was delicious.
One ingredient you should definitely not skip is the fresh thyme in the salad - it gave it a taste out of this world.
But you can pass on the butter on the brioche, or the whole brioche thing altogether, if you want less saturated fat.
You can also skip the gravy for a low-calorie version - our chicken breast was moist and didn't really need it.
We used both lemon juice and apple cider in the dressing, and it was great.
