We really liked this recipe. It's great either warm or cold. Since it is a bit like sauerkraut, I think it could really change up a standard Rueben sandwich too.

I made this tonight and it tasted wonderful. It was very easy to make. It tasted like sauerkraut with a kick to it. I've added this to my regular recipes. Thank you so much! Niki Grabish
