I could not find the Passion Fruit, so I used frozen mixed berry's as a replacement. So far I like it and my son likes it as well. It is definitiely different and easy to make. We will see tommorrow when the family tastes it.
Happy Thanksgiving!!

I cannot recommend this recipe. The taste was faintly of passion fruit since cramberries have a powerful flavor. The passion fruit pulp made the sauce kind of runny, more like a soft jelly consistency. I follow the recipe exactly as it was written and would like to see of the cramberries hold their shape, but this was not the case. And no, it was not overcooked.
The best way this recipe might work is by using the actual fruit instead of the pulp. Not good!

I never tried cranberry sauce, because it was always from the can. I saw this recipe last year when she was on "Regis and Kelly" and I had to try it. I could not find passion fruit pulp, so I used passion fruit juice cocktail in the frozen juices. I cut the sugar down to 2 cups, because of all the sugar in the juice. It turned out amazing. I loved it, and so did my husband and the rest of the family at Thanksgiving. My brother ate it by spoonfuls. I would be great to puree it and add to mixed drinks too!
