The photo shows green & white striped candy canes.
Peppermint candy canes have red & white stripes around these parts. Green & white are spearmint, a slightly different flavor.

Wow, this is really great stuff. This killer cocoa was a huge hit with our friends. Instead of cow's milk we used soymilk. We will definitely be making this again.

I made this hot chocolate for my friends during Christmas and they raved! It's wonderful after a big meal to have this smooth minty chocolate dessert drink!

I liked the idea but I think that I would have added less schnapps than what is called for. Other than that it's a great winter treat!
