Excellent flavor, loved the crunch from the chips and veggies! I added shredded cheese to the second batch and it was GREAT.

Very easy to make. Boyfriend loved it.
Seemed like the veggies were too crunchy. It wasn't very hot when taken out of oven.

You could add salsa, shredded cheese, or other veggies to it.

Made this last night for dinner. Everyone loved it. I read the other reviews saying it was possibly a little dry, so I added some cheese (what isn't better with a little cheese??? and some salsa for a little bit more kick. Turned out great!

The basic recipe is great! I sauted the vegies, added about 3/4 c cheese to the mix, 1/2 can cream of chicken soup, added chopped jalapeno for spice, and doubled the amount of hot sauce. I topped it with more cheese and corn tortilla chips before baking.

I really liked this recipe....I generally have all these ingredients on hand so no extra trips to the store. Great last minute meal! I was out of fresh tomatoes so I used a can of diced tomatoes...drained...worked out great. Also, didn't care for the crushed corn chips on top...will leave them out in the future....sprinke with a little cheese instead.

I really thought my kids would love this, but with the firm (crunchy celery and green peppers, it wasn't a hit.
