I was thrilled with the simplicity and taste of this recipe. I plan on making my second batch tonight.

This is the first time I have ever made or eaten turkey burgers so I wasn't sure I would like them, and let me tell you they were delicious! They were so tender and juicy. The veggies, cheese, and spices complemented the ground turkey very well. I omitted the ketchup (because I couldn't find any "no sugar added" tomato sauce or paste but the burgers were still great without it. I ate mine with mayo and it was a good combination. I highly recommend!

I made this recipe for the first time tonight and will make it at least once a week from now on. I did add in addition to the seasonings listed 1 tbsp Emeril's Essence and would recomend adding a tablespoon or two of mayo as the thinner burgers were a tad dry.

What could be better than a "burger" made from chicken, with lots of delicious veggies!!!

These were a big hit with my family. They have become my favorite burgers. Quick and easy to make. Thanks George.

Beyond bacon and eggs, I'm not much of a cook. This recipe was easy and yummy. It was quick to prep and cook. And I didn't have to buy a bunch of ingredients that I won't use in the future. I wonder how well it freezes?

Made a few modifications to this recipe, and I think they turned out quite well.

    - Added one egg white, no yolk
    - Instead of vegetable oil, used the non-stick vegetable oil spray...Note: This will cause the burgers to dry out a lot quicker and makes a full cook through difficult. To avoid "drying out" I keep some chicken broth on hand to add to the skillet to keep the moisture and cook through active
    - Tried to be creative, stuffed the burgers with chopped spinach...love spinach so couldn't go wrong with this one, and the spianch helps keep the moisture inside

    - Lastly...to serve, didn't do their ketchup recipe; instead I added a teaspon of fresh salsa, and to complement the "zing" a teaspon of goat cheese; all served on a bed of spinach

They were very easy and tasty. It was very moist. And the preparation was fast. This is my new recipe for Turkey burgers
