Maybe it's just me and I'm not good at doing stuffed chicken breast, but I had a very difficult time putting this together... Taste was pretty good. Not sure that I would recommend this recipe though...

My husband and I made this entree for a dinner party last night -- our guests all LOVED it! People oohed and aahed at the scent of the sauce and chicken as we were cooking. I thought the crumbled bacon in particular added a nice flavor and texture inside the chicken.

I made this recipe the other day and it was 'okay', the wine sauce came out a little to mustardy for my taste. The filling was good. However I did do a little altercation I dredge the chicken in flour (mixed with adobo seasoning and instead of beating & wrapping the chicken I just cut a little and made a pocket in the thickest part of the breast and stuffed it that way. It seemed to have worked. Will I do this recipe again? Yes, but I will most definitely change the wine sauce.

This was very flavorful! It was a hit with the husband. Be careful with the cheese though, almost overkill.

Delicious. A bit messy, but delicious. The sauce is key.

this was pretty good but in my opinion the lemony white wine sauce did not compliment the chicken. i think a little more cheese in the stuffing might change that!

Prep time was too long, presentation was sloppy, taste was okay.

Although the end product tasted great, it was quite messy and took a lot of innovation to get there. Had a really hard time getting the chicken around the stuffing and keeping everything inside. Not sure I would make it for a party b/c the end product definitely looked misshaped.

Wonderful dish. Makes me feel like a chef as I am preparing. The chicken breasts really need to be flattened out in order to provide enough room to roll up all the ricotta mixture. I actually substituted the gorganzola for goat cheese since it was all I had on hand, but it tastes terrific! Thanks Giada!!

This was an excellent meal! It was kind of tricky getting the stuffing in the chicken without it falling apart on me but once done it was great. My kids enjoyed it and even my husband who doesn't like chicken.
