I LOVE this recipe. I use left over pork loin roast (I actually make too much on purpose now so I have lots left for this recipe Slice it very thinly and cut it into 1/4 inch strips. I make the sauce in a non-stick frying pan (I use mirin instead of sherry and add 1 tablespoon of honey because I find it tart without it. I add the meat after the sauce is hot and well incorporated warm it for about 5 minutes, add the scallions and sprouts, cook for another 2 minutes and it's done. It's on the table in 20 minutes it's delicious and healthy! Thanks Emeril!
