Delicious and easy salmon recipe. The whole family liked it. I didn't have cilantro and used green onions in its place. The kids loved the crispy salmon skin. I used a cast iron pan. My husband liked the fact that this wasn't another sweet salmon recipe made with a honey or brown sugar based marinade. Defintely save the sauce and serve with the salmon. I used a center piece of wild sockeye and only needed to be in the oven for 7-8 minutes.

This was amazing. I couldn't find miso at the store so I had to leave that out but it was wonderful!!! Can't wait to make it again. Very easy.

This was so good. I would reserve some of the marinade to poor over the cooked salmon for extra flavor.

Everyone loved the salmon...after marinading, I wrapped the salmon pieces together with the garlic and cilantro from marinade in FOIL and placed on the grill to cook for about 15 minutes. It was wonderful and so easy. Served with grilled zuchinni and tossed salad with Asian Ginger dressing. Light, healthy and delicious summer dinner!

This is an excellent recipe. Make sure you get salmon with the skin on it so you get that crispiness out of it.

Tyler is a big fan of the pan roasting method, and after having at least four successes and no failures, so am I. It's nearly foolproof, always preserves moisture and tenderness (unless you leave it in the oven too long, and could not be easier. This salmon is sinfully heavenly, if that makes sense! Highly recommended!

The marinade was simple to make. The salmon tasted great. I used the toaster oven to bake my fish and it was a bit overcooked. Still very juicy and tender, but next time, I will reduce the cooking time a bit. Was very delicious and definitely very easy to make.
