Delicious! Also great without the pasta. Add grilled chicken, shrimp or white beans to add protein and its amazing!

This deceptively simple list of ingredients turns into a wonderfully complex dish full of layered flavors and great texture. It's a perfect fall meal and pairs very nicely with a Chardonnay. I did make (and recommend a couple of alterations... More olive oil (3-4 tablespoons total and I suggest breaking the pasta into halves or thirds before cooking. There is so much veggie goodness on the plate that you don't want to be chasing after the spaghetti, and a shorter noodle fits the veggie part well. This dish is going in the regular dinner rotation!

So much deliciousness for so little effort! I used fresh tomatoes and extra garlic, makes a great summer pasta, very light.

Great way to use Swiss Chard. I added chicken for some protein.

This was fabulous and easy--super quick. Not to mention so nutritious. Olives were such a delightful highlight. Just loved it. Try it, man! Try it!

My wife is a former restauranteur, and grew up with an abundance of swiss chard from the family garden. She always raves about the swiss chard cakes her mom made as being one of her all-time favorites, until she tried this recipe from Giada. Truly gourmet, simple to make and definitely a "KEEPER"! A 5 star rating almost doesn't give it the credit it deserves.....

    Thanks Giada!

This recipe has the most incredible flavor. I have two in my family that don't like cooked vegetables. However, this is one that they DO like. If you have any leftovers, they are great for lunch the next day.
