This sounded great since it incorporates a lot of my favorite things. But the sauce was incredibly disappointing. It was very thin and milky with not much gorgonzola flavor. Would be better off just sprinkling the gorgonzola on top of the chicken or something.

Good Recipe. Good taste with a kick with the Gorgonzola cheese sauce. I cut back on the cheese by a touch the second time I made this and it was even better than the first time.

The chicken was pretty good but I agree with the last review - somehow it didn't mesh with the gorgonzola sauce. I love Rachael Ray, but I'm thinking I'll just keep the plain chicken recipe or do a variant on it with some other nut. It wasn't a bad meal - but I don't think it was worth the expense!

In theory, this dish should be amazing. I absolutely love all the elements that go into it. However, in practice, chicken just does not stand up to the bold flavor of gorgonzola. All in all, it was a so-so dinner made with super expensive ingredients. I love Rachael Ray, but this recipe is NOT a keeper for me.

I had a big chunk of gorgonzola left over from a Christmas party that I had to use up so I thought I'd try this recipe. Absolutely delicious! Very easy to prepare. I put the hazelnuts in the food processor to chop them more finely than how they came out of the package. Served with roasted red potatoes and roasted asparagus. Delightful!

I really loved this recipe although finding the hazelnuts were a little more difficult then going to the baking isle. I also thought the ingredients were a little expensive. However, it tasted amazing and my whole family enjoyed it. I thought my kids would not like the sauce, but they did! They actually weren't fans of the Hazelnut.

I also used half and half for the sauce and fresh sage. I paired it with garlic string beans. It was yummy!

I love this recipe! I've decreased it for dinner for 2, I've increased for 6 and 8. So easy and delish! When made for guests, they think I'm a pro!

I love this recipe! It was super easy to make and turned out delicious. My husband is a picky eater and hard to cook for, and he loves it! I did watch the Gorgonzola sauce carefully as I had read reviews about it curdling. I had no trouble with it! Very yummy!

This was easy and elegant meal. I was a little hesitant because I don't normally cook with gorgonzola, but it turned out wonderfully. I used half and half and added a little grated parmesan and about 2 tablespoons of flour. The sauce did start to curdle a little bit but I just reduced the heat and stirred constantly. The hazlenut crust was delicious, I would definitely make this again on a weeknight or for company.
