    I thought this was very good but would recommend taking it easy on the mint. I took it on a picnic and enjoyed it very much but wished I had kept it colder. I also tried a brand of wine I was not familiar with and was somewhat disappointed; obviously the wine choice is quite important as there are few other flavors, so don't go for a cheap wine or experiment with something you haven't tried.

    I made this for a party this weekend to mixed results. The flavor was pretty good, but the grated and chopped peaches and torn bits of herbs make for an oddly textured drink. The texture kept a lot of guests from either trying it or finishing it. If I make it again, which is doubtful, I will run it through a strainer before serving.
