    Made the salad dressing just now. Very delicious. This is the second dressing I made from scratch. I used to buy expensive bottled ones. I can just imagine the preservatives and the high sodium I've been giving my family. Thanks Emeril!

    This is my favorite, go to recipe for vinaigrette. Simple and so tasty! Good for anything you'd use vinaigrette on, not just arugula.

    Love this dressing! I make it quite often..I sometimes one or all of the following: blanched asparagus, beets and vine tomatoes. DELICIOUS!

    Excellent! Since not everyone is an Arugula fan--it is quite bitter-- and I was making it for company, I decided to go with a romaine/spinach mix (heavy on the Romaine. Turned out awesome. I also bought sundried tomato and basil roasted almond slices in the produce department and through those on top. Really, really good. My picky hubby even commented later on how good the salad was. Enjoy!!!
