This is a delicious salad and perfect for summer. It tastes so bright and fresh. My husband said, "This recipe is a keeper!"

This recipe was just what I was looking for, quite flavorful as well. I didn't really measure anything, and left out the corn and avocado; neither did I have many tomatoes, but it was very good indeed. Will definitely make it again.

I prepared this the day before serving, save for the avocados that I gently tossed in right before serving. I will definitely make this again, as it is a very healthy and fresh-tasting way to get beans and veggies into your meal. (I can't recall as I write this if there is lime zest used in the recipe here, but I added it myself and it was a perfect touch!

Made this for a 5 de mayo dinner and it was a hit. I added an extra avocado because I love the creaminess that it adds to the salad and it seemed like it could use another one. Delicious and refreshing!

This was so easy and the cilantro makes it taste summery and fresh. I would add a little less dressing next time. GREAT!

Main course served on mixed lettuce for Cinco de Mayo party - so refreshing, crisp & colorful. No substitutions or edits needed. How can healthy be so good!

This dish is colorful and flavorful. I made it as a side dish but could have eaten it as a meal. My family loved it too.

Eat it on tortilla chips, with any tex-mex dishes, or by the spoonful. Awesome.
