I thought this was an interesting way to enjoy brie cheese. Slicing the top off. Unfortunately, the brie just overflowed and I ended up with a big mound of melted brie. Not sure how she did it to make it look so elegant! I love brie cheese so it tasted great anyway. I decorated the plate with pears and melba toast but did not use the fuji apples. Overall, nice.

Enjoyed this recipe very much and to the woman who made the comment about Fuji being spelled incorrectly, well she couldn't even spell apple!!

Fuji is spelled with a "j" not a "g" so it would be Fuji Appleas, not Fugi Apples.

I love Brie. I served it up in a sandwich with the fruit and chopped
toasted almonds, added some spinach leaves on rye, then grilled it.
    It was ooey-gooey yummy!!!!!
