This was rather disappointing. Quick, easy and bland. Don't bother with this one.

DELICIOUS!!! I have been making this for 2 years now and each time we have it we remark how delicious and bright the flavors are. I use two cans of cannellini beans and two small cans of tomatoes. I add a little balsalmic vinegar, but otherwise follow the receipe. We LOVE the healthfullness of it!

This was a great recipe and can be tweaked to suit your own taste. I changed two aspects of the recipe. First, I used twice as much carrots/zucchini since I wanted lots and lots of vegetables. Second, my grocery store had a soup herb package so I used that to save money than purchase all the herbs separately.

Amazing! I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it turned out perfect.

This was one of the worst recipe I have tasted. Mind you, it is not a hard recipe to follow. The taste is sooooo bland. I had to spice it up with increased seasonings and still it tasted like ugh! I ate burnt toast and gave this recipe to my dogs. I don't know who rates these recipes but this was a waste of time and money. Don't bother for those who like eating tasty meals. Really disappointing.

Amazing! I never thought veggie soup can be soooo good. 5 stars all the way. Thanks so much.

Made this yesterday and was very pleased with it. The only things I changed were, after reading the comments, not adding the bread - just having it as a side, and my partner didn't buy the basil fresh so substituted some dried. Came out lovely. My dutch oven wasn't big enough for the full head of cabbage so I only put in half. The flavour was wonderful and our vegetarian mate loved it. SUCCESS!

I want to give it three stars, but I'll give 4 because I didn't cook it to a "t" even though I'm pretty good at making things up on the fly (I forgot to buy extra stock and only had 2/3 of what the recipe called for, so I added a bit of water and spiced it up with oregano, basil, garlic, etc., and also because it was way better as leftovers. I think everything really came together overnight and whatnot.

I wasn't a big fan of the bread addition (didn't toast it like others did and it was soggy and just not a great addition but that's just me. Also I added a second can of beans like many others and I feel like I definitely would have missed the beans if I hadn't. Oh, and I used pinto beans instead of cannellini because my supermarket is really terrible and doesn't have anything remotely out of the ordinary.

I would eat this as a nice lunch. It's filling but at the same time feels light and healthy.

Fantastic! I am trying to find new ways to work a variety of veggies into my diet - I never eat cabbage, so this seemed like a nice opportunity to squeeze some in. Came out great! I did use chicken stock (not vegetable and frozen spinach to save a little $$. Used diced tomatoes with green chilies as we had it on hand. Absolutely will make this again; nice, deep flavor, super healthy and filling. Meat-eater fiance loved it too.

This was so good! I did what a few people said and toasted the bread and I only added to each bowl as it was served, but it won everyone over, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike!
