These are so easy. I microwaved the cream cheese for a few seconds to make it easier to spread.

I first had this at a party - and was thrilled that it was low carb, easy, and satisfied my cravings!

These were a really great low carb treat! The cream cheese needs to be very soft to spread easily.

This recipe is easy and tasty. My family calls it and inside out sandwich and it offers a nice alternative to a no carb sandwich. My family eats them as quikly as I can make them. We rate is 4.5 stars!

I just love simple but tasty snacks and this is one of them. Although I did not have olives on hand or pickle spears (I used relish instead it was still very very tasty. I added a pinch of fresh peppper to each roll as well.

I used fresh chives from my garden instead of dill. These are great!!! I ate several as I was making them : I will make these on a regular basis. I'm so impressed with G.Stella I'm going to make the time this weekend to go out and buy his cookbook.
