I saw Miss Paula make this soup on yesterday's afternoon show. So easy and so delicious! It's even better second time around! Thank you, Miss Paula, for another great recipe.

I actually made this soup from the same recipe that was in Paula's cookbook the night before it aired. This recipe was great!!. I used stew beef instead and just browned it in alittle oil before transferring it to my souppot and continued with the rest of the ingredients. My husband and I loved it and there was enough to save and freeze for another time. Thanks Paula for a great soup.

This recipe is very easy. I used a roast and followed the directions. Even without a couple of ingredients (which my family doesn't like, the soup was flavorful. It makes so much that I had enough left over to freeze for the future. You've got to try it!

Excellent recipe! This was full of flavors. IT seemed like a lot of seasoning when I was adding everything, but it was delicious. It was filling and the perfect soup for a cold winter day. I also made the easy yeast rolls that Paula made to go with the soup and they were out of this world.

After watching this episode i was compelled to go out to the store in the freezing rain to get the ingredients to make this wonderful soup. I let it simmer all that cold afternoon. It reminded me of my Grandmothers beef and veggie stew. My 2 boys and husband are big carnivores, and they were raving about this wonderful soup. It warmed everyone from the inside out. Thank you Paula

I live in Minnesota and it get's very cold out, The soup offers a balance of vegitables and meat and that is something that I have a hard time doing on my own.
My husband is a big meat and potatoes person and I on the other hand don't eat meat so this is nice for the two of us,I have tryed this with Family and Friends and they say the same thing as I do, Paula knows her cooking.
Thank You Paula for being the cook that you are.
