    It tastes so good and it is fairly low-cal (but doesn't taste like it so I eat it all the time. I love this recipe!

    This recipe was not only simple to prepare but the results were outstanding. I added one cubed apple for extra sweetness and finished each serving bowl with a drizzle of some left over cream. This is a new favorite at our house.

    This soup is very delicious and easy to prepare. My husband loved it! It has a fresh, creamy flavor that's not too heavy which makes it a perfect summer soup.

    I love squash, I have even used it instead of pumpkin for pie. I love the soup!! Yummmm!!

    I made this soup for my family. The loved it! I made a few modifications:
    added 1 cup of onions instead of the 1 1/2 cups, used vegetable stock instead chicken stock, added 1 tsp cinnamon, and added a bay leaf w/o the stem to the boiling water. When serving I added some chopped chives for a little color.

    I love butternut squash soup, and this recipe delivers. Watch the amount of onion, but the flavor is just wonderful.
