Great...doesn't even express my husbands & my feelings. I'm not a soup person, but this made me a believer! My hubby said this is the meal. And he's an old die hard meat, potatoes & gravy guy. I spent many a year in Ga. & Tenn. (Chattanooga. Do miss the south. But your cookin' keeps me a'cookin'.I love comfort foods & just good ole timey foods from that area. Love ya Paula & keep up the terrific shows. You are the best!!! Must send this now to a friend who loves squash & soups both. I couldn't believe it when I first tasted this dish. Will make it again & again. Hubby says he hasn't tasted anything this great in the soup line. We're your biggest fans, for sure. Oh, congrats on your new life with Michael. You deserve the best.

I didn't expect to like this soup, but since I'm on a vegetable fast for 3 weeks, I decided to try it! I LOVED it! It is so rich and creamy and I'm glad I have some left for lunch tomorrow. Great recipe!!!!!

This squash soup is perfectly creamy and yummy!!! My 19 month old loved it too. You have to try it!

I am a big fan of butternut squash soup, and this one is my favorite! I like to finish it off with a dollop of Creme Fraiche with a little fresh dill. YUM!

Very easy to make and highly recommend it!!!! The hardest part was cutting the squash (which wasn't that bad. So worth it. It would be great with some ginger or mango chutney!

This soup is open for some creative tinkering. I added a bay leaf while simmering and two tablespoon of brown sugar, two slices of crumpled bacon, and a few microplaned scrapes of fresh nutmeg right before adding the cream. It was delicious.

This is the first time I've used butternut squash in any recipe and it was a hit. A definate repeat soup.

this was so easy and so delicious... my boyfriend normally offers lots of his own suggestions for improvement whenever i try new recipes, but he was (blissfully silent after trying this one.
