    This is so easy to make, it feeds about 8 and it tastes great! I love that you don't have to pre-roast the butternut squash ahead of time too!

    I am basically a steak and potato guy but this soup was one of the best soups I have ever eaten. If there are better I can't wait to try them. Thanks Paula !

    I made this soup for the first time for some dinner guests I was having over. Everyone loved it and some had seconds!! Only difference is I added a cup of wine white when soup was simmering. Yummy!

    i dont even know how to cook. and this was dummy-proof. so easy and so yummy. just be careful with the blender...apparently there is a limit to how much you're supposed to put in it w/o making a mess. :

    Made one little change and added skim condensed milk instead of heavy cream.. Even my 14 yr old daughter loved it!!!
