This is a great show for good ideas about how to put good good on the table fast. Thanks. This almost tasted better than my mom's homemade chicken and dumplings!

This recipe is awesome! Make sure to use low-sodium chicken broth and maybe even not add the tsp of salt that the recipe calls for. If salt is needed after it's cooked, at it as you like.

I love shortcuts but I also want my food to tatse good. I have had a lot of success with Sandra Lee's recipes but have also found many of hers to be quite bad. IMO this is in the second category. The biscuits come out slimy and raw-tasting and the canned gravy makes the whole thing taste artificial and unwholesome -- reminiscent of high school cafeteria food. I'm not a food snob but the taste of this was just unacceptably bad. I want it to taste real and chickeny and this was just so fake tasting

Tasted tinny. BTW, how is this healthier than what your grandma used to make? Did she only use broth and gravy from bulging, rusted cans?
