Hehe. Okay seriously, I've never been a fan of meatloaf, its so boring and blah. But this recipe is anything but boring! The mashed potatoes were great as well. It is so good I would even serve it to the in-laws. Thats how delicious it is.

This meatloaf was super moist. I loved the barbeque flavor! I made a homemade tomato salsa and grill seasoning because I didn't have any and it was so good. If you want to add a little spice, add some seeds of the green bell pepper.

I am not a big fan of meatloaf because I only like the bit on the outside, the great thing about this is that there is more outside on each piece. My family loved it and it is going in the keeper file at my house!!! The potatoes were also very good! Thanks Rachael!!!

Made this for my kids one night and they loved it! One of my kids has always hated meatloaf, but the smaller size "looked cute" to her so she tried it and loved it. I added a piece of bacon to the top of each one for my own little touch. I will definately be making this again.

I normally do not like meatloaf, but wife made it and it was moist and delicious. I think a cup of BBQ sauce it too much, but that is just my opinion. It may take longer then 20 minutes to cook depending on your oven, but it did take much less time then a traditional meatloaf. There was some grease in the bottom, but to prevent it from being mushy it best to have it rest on a wire rack. Otherwise, it was something much better then I thought it was going to be.
