I am thrilled to have a recipe for a beu cheese dressing that is as good or better than the kinds available at the restaurant! I prefer the old maytag bleu but imagine all the other varieties would give incredible results.

I think I may need some suggestions!!. We live in a very small town and to come across Tarrogon vinegar was impossible. I tried to make my own. My dressing turned out very thick, almost like a dip. I would try this again, adding more Blue cheese, and finding some real Tarrogon vinegar, I think it has definate potential.

Fast, easy, delicious! Love Blue Cheese dressing pretty much anywhere, but this is my true favorite..right here at home. Wouldn't change anything with this recipe.

This is a great creamy dressing that goes perfectly with the crisp iceberg lettuce and tomato.

As someone else said, I'll never buy blue cheese dressing again. It's so easy to make at home. I've made my own for a while, always thought it was missing something. Now I know. The vinegar gives it just the right touch.
