I made this for brunch for my family and everyone loved it! Extremely easy but a lot of great flavor. Can't beat it! This would also make a great quick and delicious dinner.

This recipe is extremely simple, especially for someone with limited cooking ability, like myself. It tasted great and my friends beg me to make it for them every time they come over for breakfast (and lunch and dinner!

This Frittata is easy to make even for those of us without the gift for cooking, and it tastes good! It was a hit at a brunch I threw for friends with epicurian tastes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to wow them with little effort.
