Have tried a few ways to get scallops right and THIS is a successful one, the turning halfway is the secret. Great Job Bro!

Great recipe! My oven has two settings for broil, hi and lo. Used hi with this and they came out perfect. Also, I used half the amount of chili paste, which ended up perfectly.

I am planning on serving them on Christmas Eve. A definite winner!

Yummy recipe and so easy. I just covered the scallop with bacon and turned once. I didn't feel it needed nor did I miss the oil on top; plenty of fat from the bacon (very tender. The sauce is great, but it made way too much. I wanted to taste the scallop. That sauce would be good on any white fish. It would be good with fish and chips!

It was a very simple recipe and turned out perfect! I dipped a couple in the mayo and they were delicious; I added a couple drops of truffle oil to a few and they were delicious. You cannot go wrong with this recipe!

Easy! Simple! Quick! Awesome. I give it a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thanks Tyler. Your Pork Belly recipe is awesome too.

Delicious. However, I decided to experiment with Black Truffle Oil instead of olive oil. Perfecto!

Excellent recipe. I used the lime zest and added coriander to the mayo. Will definitely use the mayo mixture for other things. Didn't need near the amount of avocado specified, but ended up running out of bacon. Had to use some turkey bacon my wife had in the fridge (not recommended for human consumption. Suggest getting a whole pound of real bacon so you don't run out. Also couldn't find Bibb lettuce in my market, so used red-leaf. Not quite as nice; next time I'll hunt for the Bibb.

love love love! I cut the amount of sriracha sauce in half though - this is a personal preference however because I can't handle spicy food. nevertheless, it was still a delish dish =

I absolutely love this. I am curious how you all dealt with the smoking oven at 500 degrees, though. There was a ton of smoke from the bacon. Maybe I had the tray too close to the heat. Ideas?? Thanks
