    How healthy can this get? hummm! it was spicy and with the blue cheese bed of lettuce, it was so refreshing. You just can't stop eating it.

    I added a small bit of honey to the hot sauce to make it hot and sweet to calm the spicyness...
    Delicious though! bring your anti-acids..

    I made the buffalo sauce separate from the chicken and tossed the chicken in it after cooking it in the oil and butter. This was really easy to make, and definitely falls into the "comfort food" category in our house!

    Great flavor, since I didn't find Blue chesse at the supermarket, I changed the ranch for the creamy blue chesse dressing, it still tasted yummy.

    I made this right after watching the show and it was Delicious and very quick and easy!! I don't like bluecheese so, I used Jalepeno Ranch dressing that I had and put shredded cheddar cheese on it. I loved it!
