This salad was so good and easy to fix !!! Way better than any buffalo chicken salad that i've had ever had in a restaurant. GREAT.

I make this using variations to flavor the chicken. We have a chicken wing place here that sells their sauces so I purchase the sauces and I will use on of their sauces to replace the hot sauce. This a a keeper.

After reviewing other posts on the message board for this recipe, I decided I must of did something wrong, as my chicken did not taste quite right. I think I was suppose to use breaded chicken maybe. I did however, like the dressing. But it also could be, that I just started cooking and don't know what I am doing. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time.:

This is not your ordinary salad. What a great way to experience the taste of buffalo chicken without the mess and excess calories. It really is very easy to prepare. Unfortunately, my kitchen is much messier after the preparation than Rachel's. :

This was very good. I Put all veggies in a big bowl and than made individual servings and toss the dressing in the individual survings. That way the rest of the salad would be fresh for the next day. So very good! Thanks for the recipie.

So simple but really great - especially if you use crisp, fresh lettuce. I mised iceberg with romaine for a wonderful texture. This one's a winner.
