    The chicken was really salty without much heat. I will make it again but tweak the recipe. Cool idea though.

    This was a great recipe for such a hot day because the cooking time was only a few minutes. When I mixed in the hot chicken pieces it wilted the salad a little bit, but didn't ruin it in the slightest. Good summer time recipe!!
