    I made these Easter for appetizers. They were very easy and everyone loved them. I could not find Fontina cheese so I used Feta cheese.

    They are good. Even cold. you could just pop on in a baggy and take it on the go. PLus spinach is a good source of fiber.

    She made it for gme night---way too elegant and delicious. We have served twice at dinner parties with beef tender and potatoes to raves!! Easy, delicous, and beautiful presentation----a tru triple threat!!!!

    finally my dream recipe: cheese and pastry and spinach all in one--and coming from Giada! let me just say that i LOVED it and i wish i could make it every day. make sure you bake it for the right amount of time though
