My family and friends loved this recipe. I only made one little change. I added a little kosher salt, cracked pepper and chopped artichokes. I did half with artichokes and half without and believe it or not it tasted much better with the artichokes. It gave it a little kick! Thanks for a great recipe!

I made these twice - the first time as the recipe - the second I a cut up small pieces of chicken breast tenderloin and substituted a finely ground yellow pepper for the green onion - both were really good and my guests loved them. Will make this again.

This recipe is wonderful, easy, and fool-proof. If you're entertaining and want one recipe that people are sure to ask for, this is it.

Giada is wonderful... her recipes are not too difficult and, more importantly, they invariably taste great. What more can you ask for?

We did what some other reviewers recomended and used puff pastry sheets instead of the pockets (also added more cheese and used a 10ounce box of spinach, since we wanted appetizers for our guests. The taste was great and our vegetarian guests devoured the pockets! The only reason I take off 1 star is because I couldn't get the pretty presentation I really wanted with the pastry sheets and the spinach kinda ooozed out. Anywho, the taste was still fanstastic, just next time I will definitely try the recipe with premade pastry cups.

This was a hit at our last two parties! So easy to make and so rich and delicious. We did not want to eat the rest of the meal ~ we just wanted more of the cheese and spinach pastries!

This was a big hit, even with the non-vegetable eaters!
